Special Considerations:
The crane system is to be used in conjunction with a cement batching plant and will deliver the hopper to the forming stations.
Our Team Approach:
Crane-Tec’s material handling specialist, working with the owner and general contractor and evaluated the customers manufacturing process. Several options were developed to enhance production and address safety concerns:
Radio remote control of the crane enables the crane to be controlled from the batching plant control platform.
Incorporate the Gar-Bro hopper controls with the crane controls.
Variable speed inverter-controlled bridge & trolley for precise locating of hopper.
