Meeting High Expectations

One of the reasons why we have such a high rate of repeat customers is because they set out on a project with certain expectations and we meet and exceed those expectations every step of the way. The best indicator of our performance is when a customer returns! Here's one of our most recent jobs with a valued customer.




The Challenge:


To provide our customer, a John Deere Heavy equipment dealer, with an integrated crane system for a new facility in Ohio. The project consisted of three 10 ton single girder cranes and one 15 ton double girder crane with low headroom trolleys.


Special Considerations:


Having worked with this customer on multiple projects, we were very familiar with their material handling needs and high expectations. Project schedule was also a very important part of this project and crane delivery was critical to the success of the expansion.



Results:


Working directly with our customer, we provided crane loading for building and runway system design and cranes utilizing low headroom hoists to minimize runway and building steel costs. The cranes were installed, weight tested and turned over to our customer ahead of schedule and with a two year warranty.
